What example is the USA giving the World by killing Osama Bin Laden instead of trying him?
At least with Saddam Hussein, the whole World saw it was really him, it showed the USA having some sense of Justice despite Guantanamo.
By not trying Bin Laden:
1.- The USA is no different than vengeful terrorist group.
2.- We have no reason to believe it was really Bin Laden the one getting killed.

In the first place, we had no business invading and ruining the infrastructure of Iraq, as Saddam posed no threat to the United States, ten years of on the ground inspectors found no trace of WMD’s before the invasion, and Saddam broke no American laws therefor we had no business placing him under arrest, to be hung.
They claim he gases hundreds of his own people, yet when they performed the autopsies, they found the gas had contained a blood agent, and the only gas he had was provided by the United States ,and we never used such a compound.
