What t-shirt was Sergio Ramos wearing after Spain won the Euro 2008 Final?

I saw it had someone’s picture on the front. I was wondering who he was and what the shirt said.

That was a picture of Antonio Puerta, who died last August from a cardiac arrest while playing for Sevilla against Getafe.

I am not sure of the message because my Spanish isn’t good at all but it was probably something like “We’ll never forget you”

EDIT: I saw pictures of the after-game celebration, the message was “Always with us”… (As Chris said correctly below) Different words but same meaning!
