as a Newcastle fan… I’m neutral on the South Americans. We’ve had a few misfits Gavilan, Bassedas, Cordone, etc
But we’ve also had a few stars Acuna & solano.
Although I tihnk its a bigger issue that they are being signed from spain as were the ever injured Owen, Marcelino & Luque.
I’m confident they’ll be better though due to the scouts/buyers (or whoever all these people are along with Dennis Wise) spending time watching more players
