If Crystal Palace are liquidated tomorrow would Sheffield Wednesday be reinstated to the Championship?

I’m a Sheffield Wednesday fan; and I would like to make it, absolutely clear, that I wouldn’t be happy if Crystal Palace went out of business (through no fault of their own). In the event that they do, would Sheffield Wednesday be reinstated to the Championship?
