A question to anyone from Scotland or speaks Gaelic?

When I enter Scotland from the English border the welcoming signs says ‘Scotland’ and underneath are the words (if I’ve spelt them correctly) ‘Ceud Mile Failte’ can anyone translate please? Many thanks

A hundred thousand welcomes, it is an old Irish Gaelic saying that the scots adopted.
