Sammy Lee

Who is more awesome: Sammy Hagar or David Lee Roth?
So, we’re talking 80′s. 80′s metal. 80′s hair metal. And the kings of hair metal were the one, the only…VAN HALEN.
Through their career, these legends of rock had two singers.
In the blue corner, King of America, David Lee Roth.
Anddddd, in the red corner, The Red Rocker, Sammy Hagar.
My question is this: which one is cooler?
David Lee Roth was one of the fastest guys in the 80s:
(“I used to have a drug problem. Now I have enough money it’s not a problem”)
On the other hand, Sammy Hagar can’t drive 55: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E2w83zPr6wU
Which Van Halen singer does it for you?
Having seen both live.
Dave is a good talker.
Hagar is way better he get into it with the fans.I watched Sammy drop mikes to put an a shirt that the fans had tossed(Or hold up a banner).
Dave well he’d just kick the shirt aside.
Plus Sammy was in Montrose the band that Van Halen stole their sound from.
Don’t get me wrong I love Dave. He’s just not a great singer.
That’s like asking
Who’s better Dio or Ozzy.

Pierpont Finch (Robert Morse) is the window washer who climbs the corporate ladder in a few days, guided by a how-to book. The Frank Loesser songs are great fun, the Bob Fo… |
