…. in the FUTURE, with the addition of a few older experienced players joining them too?
I was texting a Manchester United fan last night who actually admired the Youth Policy of Arsene Wenger, and compared our young team to the likes of David Beckham, Nicky Butt, Phil Neville, Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, .. etc who were all, a young inexperienced team when they were together at Manchester United …. now look at them all!
I believe Arsene will get this team to the top ….. Gooners think about this and stay faithful to your team.

in a few yrs time, all those kids would have got more experience under their belts.. some are definitely promising prospects for the future.. with proper guidance, they might make it big.. but of course the manager gotta make sure he knows how to keep the talents.. dont let other teams proach the home grown nurtures away..
