i think he’s the perfect midfielder that city have been looking for a long time, just imagine ireland and barry in the centre of midfield, one left footed and the other right footed, swp on the right, robinho and the left, bellamy up front with elano just behind him, i’d take dunne out since he had a bad season and put kompany centre back instead with richards, zableta right back and bridge left back, don’t worry i haven’t forgot about de jong and its a shame to leave him out but he could possibly come on second half, oh and given as goal keeper of course, what do you think!

totally man. gareth barry is jsut what man city need a defensive midfielder. and him partnering ireland will be sublime. He was totally worth the money and with him ireland robinho bellamy and given id be surprised if man city dont get into europa.
