England Man

Should the next manager of England be a black man as the next World Cup is from South Africa?
I believe it would be good for the England team to have a black manager because this would create political and social harmony throughout our nations. The FA have been accused of racism in the past, and if they were to consider a black manager for the post it would be timely for the next World Cup in South Africa. We all know the racial history of that country and the imprisoning of Nelson Mandela. It would also give the FA better credence when dealing with other matters relating to football clubs.
I’m against racism and positive racism, also there’s only one black manager I can think of and Paul Ince isn’t ready.
